Introducing the Indoor AgTech Digital Broadcast Series

The Indoor AgTech Digital Broadcast Series from AgTechNavigator, in association with the Indoor AgTech Innovation Summit, focuses on the role of vertical and indoor farming in building sustainable, profitable and healthy food systems, with new opportunities for investment and collaboration.

Amid a challenging investment landscape and shifting market dynamics, the digital broadcast series – in October, November and December 2025 – will serve as a platform for greenhouse operators, vertical farm growers, retailers, seed companies, food manufacturers, hospitality providers, investors, policymakers, start-ups, and tech providers to explore the very latest opportunities in CEA.

Across three 90-minute broadcasts, expert speakers will share their perspectives on strategies for sustainable growth, covering topics such as investment risks, scaling challenges, strategic partnerships, government policies, and paths to profitability.

In addition to these high-level keynotes and partner presentations, the series will feature a live, interactive panel discussion, allowing the audience to pose questions to our expert guests.

The broadcasts will be presented and moderated by AgTechNavigator’s Editors across the globe, from North America to Europe and Asia, drilling down into the need-to-know developments set to shape CEA into 2026.

Digital Broadcast Schedule

The Indoor AgTech Digital Broadcast Series will consist of three region-focused events. Each broadcast will feature an opening 20-minute keynote presentation, followed by panel discussions with interactive Q&A.

Delegates will join via a lobby with opportunities to download supplementary content and whitepaper handouts relating to the topics. Each broadcast will remain available to view on demand after the live event, to maximize the value of your participation.

OCTOBER 10, 2025 // Strategic Investments & Market Realities in Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA)

As the CEA industry navigates a capital-intensive and evolving landscape, this broadcast will explore strategies for sustainable growth amid market shifts. Industry leaders will share insights into managing investment risks, overcoming scaling challenges, and building resilient business models. Discussions will cover strategic partnerships—with energy providers, retailers, and food brands—the role of government policies, and paths to profitability. NOVEMBER 12, 2025 // Hybrid Farm Models: Integrating Innovation for the Future of Agriculture

How can farms successfully blend vertical farming, greenhouses, and open-field operations to create sustainable and profitable hybrid models? With pressures from climate events and increasing customer demand for food safety, hybrid models offer a path forward. This session explores the latest innovations driving change, from energy-efficient greenhouse designs to the use of AI, automation, and robotics. Industry leaders will discuss how farms are finding success and what role partnerships with universities and tech providers will play in the next generation of farming.

DECEMBER 10 // Scaling CEA for Retail and Food Service: Overcoming Market Challenges

How can CEA-grown produce gain traction in a price-sensitive, ultra-competitive retail and food service market? We explore the key hurdles preventing CEA adoption, including scaling challenges, cost barriers, and inconsistent product standards. We’ll also examine how localized production can enhance supply assurance and explore specialty-driven models like microgreens and herbs. Industry leaders will discuss strategies to overcome skepticism, build consumer trust, and develop private-label opportunities to drive broader adoption of CEA-grown produce.
