“CEA needs to stand for where it is providing value to those consumers. When I look at tomatoes, people eat great CEA tomatoes, not because they are CEA, but because they have great eating characteristics. We’ll be seeing more of that and why consumers want CEA salads are the characteristics that it brings.”
